This was when they were still teenagers, still singing in churches and on geto boys/willie d albums... I was working at Walgreens and in the middle of my shift I get beeped like crazy, then phone calls to the store all back to back... it's my homeboy and he's at the Galeria mall... he's all like "bruh destiny's child here!" My boys cousin was the one that recognized them but neither of them knew Beyonce wasn't there. My boy that called me didn't want to risk it because he knew I was obsessed with her so he called me.
My ass is in panic mode trying to figure out how to get off work and to the mall. So I start faking sick, running back n forth to the restroom, telling the supervisor on duty that it's coming outta both ends and I gotta go. Finally the fucker let me go home and I flat out FLY to the Galeria from deep in the north side, fighting traffic.
I gets to the mall, Walgreens smock still on and all. I literally dump that bitch in the nearest trash can and find them. My boy cousin that recognized them he telling them how he's in a RnB group and he's singing to them in the fuckin mall, gay ass nigga... I'm looking for Beyonce because I'm about to shoot ALL my shots but she wasn't there. So I peep and notice Latoya kinda giving me the eye. At this point I'm like "fuck it, I'll take the runner up and get her number."
Now I'm all in on Latoya and we in a nice lil vibe. But nobody paying attention to Kelly ass and she started getting a little snippy... even the other OG member, the lil thick one Latavia i think was her name is getting a lil love from my other homie that like em with a lil meat on the bone... but nobody running distraction on Kelly... this is before the surgeries and her body filled out... so big nose flat ass Kelly...
She just kept on rushing everybody saying how they had to go, we wasting their time, just hating... I'm motioning my boy to go at Kelly for a bit but it's a no go. Finally she get thru to them, be it them actually agreeing they have to go or them just annoyed with her and they leave. I'm sitting there empty handed and upset because I couldn't seal the deal with Latoya... and even more pissed that Beyonce wasn't there...
