She did a hell of a lot by not killing him. I don't care if S.W.A.T., NCIS, FBI, ATF, DEA, Dallas Cowboys and the A Team (With Mr T as B.A Baracus) took him to the ground and she cuffed him. Fact remains she didn't kill him. He was armed and had fired several shots in a robbery attempt. So many unarmed people have been gunned down with no prison time for the killer cops who always use the excuse they were scare. So if she is a bitch at least she ain't no punk bitch.

yeah....the news reporter actually interviewed the dude that tackled him to the ground and the other people that helped.
the reason she didnt shoot, is because she probably would have hit the innocent bystanders and the other people that were taking him down as well.
Her reasoning for not shooting wasn't out of not wanting to kill him.......hoe woulda probably shot and killed everybody on the pile.
