I give props to Orlando, but they live and die by their outside shooting. I think this is the team for us to beat in the east. Even more so than Boston.

I know a lot of Bulls fan won't agree, but make that Melo trade happen. I like Noah's energy, but I don't like his foot work around the basket offensively. Imo, he's not great against the bigs defensively. He is unreliable at the line, also. The Bulls as a team are. I don't like the way they've been playing over the past couple of games energy-wise, and their rotations have been terrible.
I saw that game. That was a good win! The Bulls still need another scorer on the floor though. Rose shouldnt have to put up 30 a game in order for them to win. They need to learn how to come out the gate and dominate. Dont wait to dominate when youre down by a ton of points. Thats why the Magic beat them in the way that they did. The Magic arent a championship team..but they have options on the floor.
They also need to play better defense. That loss against the Celtics shoulda been a win. The Celtics barely beat them ....again. Last time they didnt have Boozer...this time they did. I think it will take Boozer until after the Allstar break to really fit in with the scheme of things here in Chi Town.
Also...Noah needs to stop being a nice guy. Dominate and talk shit sometimes. Give KG shit talking as a hard elbow to the ribs at least once. Let others in the league know that youre not theyre friend....youre theyre enemy.

Four games in and Boozer is looking like we thought he would. After some tough opponents we have a soft schedule this month. We will probably move up a couple spots by early January.
The Bulls need to work on a lot of things, including free throws. Other than a couple of kats, they are absolutely terrible from the line.
They need to cut down on turnovers as well. Also, i'm not feeling the rotations. What the fuck is the coach thinking? His rotations are borderline retarded. That said, we are in good shape, and will only get better.

I think he's just testing people out. One player fucks up one night..the other may get a shot.
Most of the players that they have playing the two are not well rounded 2 guards. One is good at defense..one is a good dunker...one is a good 3 point shooter etc etc. Theyll get it together soon i hope

I'd rather see Brewer starting with D Rose. There isn't really a legit 2 guard out there for the Bulls to pick up. I'd def like to see dude start and get more playing time. At some point I expect him to be a starter.
I'm not a fan of Gibson, and I don't like some things about Noah's game. I like his energy. I don't like his footwork at all around the basket. I don't like him putting the ball on the floor out around the top of the key.
He can be effective, but it's a good thing we got Boozer on the front line with him.Deng, I like. Dude just has to be more consistent. I like that he put the ball on the floor and went to the basket tonight. If he continues to do that, along with shooting the J, I think he'd be more effective. I wouldn't want to lose him. He has talent.
I feel good about the pieces we have right now, overall. We make mistakes that young teams make. Only experience will correct that. Like I told Beeiii, I expect the Bulls to be either a 2 or 3 seed this year.

I think JC still may have some animosity for the Bulls but I believe Thibodeau can turn that around.
The thing that I loved about this game was it was the first time that I think I saw D. Rose get a bit pissed off about getting hacked and not getting the call. I'm not sure why he isn't getting more calls, but word is that his teammates have been telling him that he is probably going to need to get a T or an ejection in order to get the refs to take notice.
But seeing him get pissed off enough to say "ok fine, fuck it. don't give me the call. I am going to put this team on their back and will not let them lose" was nice.

The Bulls gotta get another scorer. I was on the fence at first, but we need to give up Noah asap for Melo if they can make that trade. These starts they are getting off to is unacceptable.
