Da Bulls will get to the Eastern conference finals and maybe...

The Bulls need to start games better. The fucking Bobcats:angry::angry::angry::angry: I will be the first to not hide for tonights disgrace in Charlotte:(. The Bulls need a scoring SG.

Yeah
They also need Noah back. His energy & rebounding abilities are needed right about now.

Even though we lost...props to Boozer for putting up another double double. Dude has been killing since he came back from his injury.

Thankfully the Heat and Magic lost tonight. But the Celtics won....moving them into first place in the East. We're stil tied for 3rd. I think the trade deadline is a few days before or after Noah returns. Hopefully we can hang around in the top 5 until then.

One shooting guard that had been brought up since last November by Bulls fans was Marcus Thornton and the Bulls had a chance to get him...

before he dropped 22 against Orlando tonight.
facepalm-o.gif

I don't think I want to watch another game until that buster Keith Bogans is taken out of the rotation.

It's real irritating watching dude play.

Booz pissed me the fuck off tonight. He was missing point blank shit. I was at tonights game. There was about 6 thousand people there and the Bulls came out with no energy again. This shits a problem, and havin paid for tickets I feel cheated. There was no excuse for not winning tonight after they came back to take the lead. Ninjas not hustling for rebounds and shit, ticky tack fouls, bad rotation on D. Man listen!!! Where in the fuck did Tyrus get heart from???

if the bulls ever get their projected starting 5 healthy and on the floor at the same time, they will be entertaining to watch.

coach thibodeau has his system working. chicago bulls are below league average in scoring, but they are top 5 in points allowed.

if they can keep opponents below 96, they can play with anyone.

Man them ninjas need to play hard for 40 minutes a night. If they can limit their lapses to 2 minutes a qtr they have proven they can play with anyone. But them ninjas will sleepwalk through entire qtrs and have it come down to the wire. Shit is frustrating to watch.

Bulls win today vs the Pacers:

Bulls - 99
Pacers - 86

Rose was 5 assist away from a triple double.

29 points 5 assist 10 rebounds

That little dude is a beast in the post. He scares me sometimes we he drives in the lane. But so far so good. When Derrick dribves in the lane...he damn near always gets double teamed. That mean someone is open. He could have better assist totals than Rondo if he passed the ball more in those situations.

The player of the game was Kurt Thomas. he had 18 Rebounds. He was a Clone of Noah tonight.

The highlight of the game was at the end when the Bulls got a standing ovation..inside the Pacers stadium.

Real talk...Chicago sports fans are the best...they have no problem traveling. Bears, Bulls and Cubs fans always support their team through thick and thin. All 3 always get sell out crowds.

There was a time when I wished the Bulls, Cubs and Bears didnt get sell out crowds. The owners needed to get taught a lesson for having top 5 ranked teams and collecting millions/billions off those teams.... but not wanting to spend any of that money in order to get better throughout the years.

The ownership of the Bulls and Cubs are somewhat starting to wake up..but the Bears ownership are stil some cheap mofo's.

Anyways.....
The Bulls play the Heat tomorrow...both teams are ranked in the top 4 in overall team defense...should be a interesting game...Il be there.

GO BULLS!!!!!!!!!

BTW....we have a top ranked defense without Noah..think about what will happen when he comes back :itsawrap:

Keith Boogus sucks. He needs to bring his Bruce Bowen dirty game. Loul Deng needs to go hard since Lebron ain't playing. Boozer has to unstoppable in the post tonight. :(Noah will possibly not play the heat at all this season. Go Bulls!!!! Oh well since Lebron ain't playing ain't got to worry about him tap:dance:ing on the sideline.:hmm:

In the second part of a back to back you play the hottest team in the league??? Uhhhh, not all loses are created equal...

The hottest team in the league??...the Heat are on a two game losing streak, without their best player.

While the Bulls are at home, and the Heat are at the end of a 5 game road trip...

Add it all up...the Bulls should win this game,if they are in deed contenders.

The Bulls are at home... But they played last night... Miami didnt. Miami with Wade and Bosh have a comparable team as the Bulls with Rose and Booz... Its really a wash...

Rose standing tall among NBA elite
By Adrian Wojnarowski

CHICAGO – Reach out to him, Chicago management had pleaded with Derrick Rose(notes). LeBron doesn’t think you want him here. That’s what they told the Bulls’ franchise star in July, a request that was met with dutiful respect from Rose. Sure, he told the Bulls. I’ll shoot him a text. Rose is polite this way, honoring obligations and orders from above.

Nevertheless, it would change nothing. To LeBron James, the message was unmistakable, sources said: I can take you or leave you – and that could never sell the needy King. William Wesley never did get his wish of LBJ chasing Michael Jordan’s ghosts in Chicago. Dwyane Wade(notes) recruited James relentlessly to Miami, and ultimately had to hand the Heat over to the Royal Pain.

Rose didn’t want LeBron taking the ball out of his hands, nor respect out of the room. Eventually, Rose reached out, but only out of a sense of duty. Rose didn’t want James, nor did Rose particularly want Wade to make a Chicago homecoming. During early July, Rose shut himself in the gym and worked on his game. The soap opera bored him.

“If they wanted to come here, they would’ve come here,” Rose told Yahoo! Sports Saturday night.

Rose was betting on his own greatness, a MVP candidacy he believed would come sooner than later. He hasn’t hurtled himself into the race because his sneaker company passed out 22,000 placards pushing his All-Star candidacy on Saturday night, nor because they chant “MVP … MVP” over and over in the United Center. The measure of an MVP would come in the final minutes on a night when it was Wade and Rose, Rose and Wade, two superstars slugging it out with shot upon breathtaking shot.

Wade buried several 3-pointers in the final minutes to hit for 33 points, and Rose finished those twisting, turning layups at the rim. He hit jump shots. He made it to the foul line and never blinked on a perfect eight free throws. Rose finished with 34 points, seven assists and these Bulls on his back. It was a magnificent ending and Saturday night closed with Rose’s arms raised to the rafters, a 99-96 victory that was testament to his emerging greatness.

The noise tumbled down out of the United Center upon Rose, the way it hasn’t for a Bull since Michael Jordan in the late 1990s. Rose has come out of the city’s Southside, a Chicago kid who keeps elevating his game to meet the next challenge, the next step.

Yes, Rose had to win this game. He had to be the one to deliver it. James was sitting with a sore ankle, Chris Bosh(notes) left with his own injured ankle and it didn’t matter that Joakim Noah is still on the sideline with a broken thumb. In the wake of Miami’s three stars marching into Chicago – the three recruits who got away – the Bulls had gone to great lengths to stand up for Rose with a promotional night. And that probably raised the pressure on him.

“I’m speechless for them to have done that,” Rose said. And then he said, so relieved: “Thank God we won.”

He felt kind of awkward when he showed up for shootaround in the morning and those signs were everywhere. He’s no self-promoter, forever deflecting praise to his coaches, his teammates. He doesn’t speak of himself in the third person, doesn’t make up nicknames. He’s an old soul with a bold, different game at point guard.

Indeed, Rose loves the way the Bulls are building a contender: around defense, around him. When he came into the league, he was a shy kid still learning to speak comfortably in public, still growing into a superstar’s burden. People mistook the teen awkwardness as some kind of missing leadership gene, like a one-and-done point guard from the University of Memphis-Calipari ought to come fully developed to the pros.

Rose has always been his own man, though. Worldwide Wes had been an influence that pushed him to John Calipari, but Rose and his family never allowed him to be funneled into that LeBron-Wes recruiting machinery to CAA. This is a league of young players devoted to James, loyalists in ways that perplex people. Yet, Rose thinks for himself and has such a tremendous grasp of human nature. Privately, he wanted Atlanta free agent Joe Johnson as his shooting guard, a way to balance the floor with Noah and Carlos Boozer and Luol Deng. James and Wade would’ve taken the ball and diminished Rose as the Bulls point guard. It never appealed to him.

“He’s a leader because of the way he comes and work here, because of the example he sets,” Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said of Rose late Saturday in his office. “Some guys just talk to talk, but that’s not how you lead. When he has something to say, it counts and guys listen.”

Thibodeau thinks about the way Kevin Garnett led in Boston when he was a Celtics assistant, and believes Rose is on his way to such command of the franchise.

There are no words as important as deeds for a star, and Rose understood the burden on Saturday. “Everyone knew where the ball was going,” he said, and that meant Wade and Rose. Rose and Wade. Back and forth, again and again. Eventually, the noise would tumble down onto Rose like nothing a Bulls player had heard in so, so long here. “That’s why I’m in this league,” Rose said. “I love competing against the best.”

These two teams are going to meet in the springtime, perhaps for a long, nasty playoff series, and Rose promises to be a problem for the Heat. The way he gets to the rim, the way he slices, slithers and contorts his body on these breathless drives is something to behold. Of course, LeBron James will be on the floor too. Everything changes on those nights. James is a force of nature, and deep down Rose was never afraid of him going somewhere else. He was too proud to beg and too pragmatic to think that would’ve made a difference in James’ decision.

Rose wants to be the hometown kid to bring a championship back to Chicago, and he never lost an edge with James, with Wade. He asked nothing of James in the summer of 2010, lost no edge, lost no standing. His game has come, and Rose believes he can trade blows with the best in basketball now. He’s right. These Bulls are built around a superstar point guard. His team, his city, his burden.

“Chicago’s got a good one,” Wade said.

Chicago’s got a great one, and Derrick Rose is desperate to someday show Wade and James: It isn’t just that he didn’t want them. He didn’t need them.

That's that Chicago shit right there. No need to brag and boast and soup yourself up. Just go out there and get it done. I will say what Rose was probably thinking...fuck them other ninjas......I got this.......

Like he said, if they wanted to sign here, they would have. But Bron wanted to be courted like a female, Wade was never gonna leave MIA, and Bosh was just gonna follow Bron. There really was no point in blowing up his phone, makin it seem like he needed Bron to validate something. "Come if you want, Ill be in the gym working on my game... You know the shit you should be doing..." Ice cold...

I was at the Heat game. It felt more like a playoff game instead of a reg season game.

Like I said before, the Heat arent that impressive without Lebron. They say its Wades team..but I beg to differ. I cant say if the Bulls woulda won or not if he played, but its obvious that the Heat arent the same without him. They say Bosh may be injured...which would be a big blow to the Heat if lebron stays out as well.

If I were in charge of the Heat I would trade Bosh for good younger or older players to surround around Wade and Lebron. IMO..they would have a better shot at winning multiple titles if they did. The current team has a shot as well in the near future...but im just saying.......

Anyways.....
Seeing Rose and Wade go back and forth reminded me of when Ben and Allen went back and forth in the playoffs a few years ago.

Rose is a fuckin beast! The Bulls have a future HOF player on their squad. Dude stil makes bad decision sometimes....but he basketball IQ has noticeably improved a lot. Ill admit that every time he drives in the lane I get a little scared because he always does some acrobatic ass move..but its stil fun to watch.

Now heres the fucked up news......
They say Boozer is injured again. He didnt make the trip with the Bulls to Memphis. Why cant this mofo stay healthy? Having Noah and Boozer out at the same time is a major blow. They wil be working the hell out of Rose if Deng and the rest dont help. Thats why they need to really consider getting another scorer. So far they only have one.

i dont know how long Boozer wil be out...but i do know Noah aint coming back for another month or so. Hope the Bulls can stay in the top 4...but i dont know.
