Granted, weight classes exist for a reason, but I've been in gyms and seen women or smaller men out grapple bigger opponents all the time. If you don't know how to grapple then you're fucked if somebody with a little bit of skill gets a hold of you. There's video of a 16 yo Nate Diaz submitting a grown ass man
