Customer Complained To McDonalds Manager About Service, Got Blender To The Head Response !!!

Civility has long been lost in this country. I remember when I was growing up and I worked fast food the mangers would never act in this manner. The customer was always right. Then millennials happened with their “me first” culture. Shorty was irate and may have been acting irrational but just correct her order and move on but the manager just had to take it personal.

kinda hard to do with a female screaming at u and throwing shit.... looks justified to me.

I thought so to untill I saw the injuries..

She took it waaay too far throwing electrical hardware...

And opened mcdonalds up for a nice lawsuit

Her three children just might have their college tuition paid for..

i see it no different then if customer had a knife and she had a gun.

Now with millennials always bring their issues to work and bringing the “what about me” culture into the workplace, you ended up with no accountability and lawsuits.

Its always one of you punk ass old heads floating around, trying to blame the ills of society on the current generation. Shit like this been goin on before millenials and will be going on well after.

I hate you old fucks. Nothing would make me happier than to catch one of you bitch niggas in old age, kick your wheelchair over, and piss on your whiny ass.

Lol bruh u wilin..

She throwin fries at sis..

And sis picks up kitchen hardware and literally breaks her face.....

I understand why she did it..

I also understand she gonna lose her job and may get time.. But definitely probation...

Youd make a terrible judge bruh

But probably a great defense attorney tho

Shut your millennial ass up! Who asked you! I thought I blocked your punk ass. Millennials ain’t shit with y’all “whataboutmeizm” asses. In business there is a way to act and not to act. Now, the corporation will get sued. That’s a lawsuit on behalf of the lady that got hit with the blender. What’s wrong with you dumbasses. It’s okay because the bicentennials get it. Y’all spoiled asses don’t.

Uh...ok?

Whats more "millennial" than causing the situation then pretending to be the victim?

Actually, it doesnt. If u get shitty with a cop, is it fair for him to respond in the same if not an exxagerated manor? As public servants or when working with the public, yiu have to take the higher road and de-escalate problems. I do not think the customer responded appropriately and yes the Mc Knot in exchange for the Happy Meal is funny as fucc, i highly doubt McNasty's find any humor in it. Especially when it could not only cost them millions, but also tarnish their reputation and image. The manager was wrong. Customer imo was not right...but the manager was definitely wrong.

I think they are both idiots and their are no real victims here but the idea that you can be physically assaulted at work and "take the high road" just ain't reality for everyone.

Cursing, yelling, threats? Cool. You cross that line of throwing shit at someone? All bets are off.

Touched a nerve, didn’t I. Lol. Like I have been saying, bicentennials (under 22) will be the ones who save us all.

I guess in that case u have to really access the threat level and make a split second decision as to whether or not whatever recourse you take is worth your job. Me, personally I cant risk my career, pension and benefits over an irate customer's child like tantrum. So, I would have given that bitch her money back or remade the order or both.

To me as a customer its not worth the possible violent confrontation, arrest and embarrassment over a $20 food order. Yes she can now sue but she's still on national tv and youtube acting like a ghetto tantrum throwing child. That could (and should) affect her career, pension and benefits too.
