My father hired a new employee at his business... she's capable but somethings off. I want find out if she has a record or if she's been involved in something really shady. She definitely knows how to handle male attention (sort of like a stripper... or even a pro... theres a patter) and she certainly gets her fare share.

I know about the People finder sites where you pay and they let you know about arrests, etc., but does anyone know of a site or resource other than those mentioned above?

She already approached me and essentially said she'd been in some shit... but to your point we're supposed to hit a happy hour Friday.

Already had THAT experience when two brothers were revealed (great guys BTW)...one just finished medical school and the other is at a non profit.

Find the places that she's lived in.
Also look up the high school from where she graduated.
Find out the county of the city she lived in.
Go to the county court records site.
Look up criminal, civil, background etc.
Hopefully she doesn't have a generic name.
