Weeknight dinner woes no more, Crispy Panko Talapia is here to save the Day 4-6 Tilapia Fillets 1 egg 2 Tbs hot sauce 1 1/2-2 cups seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs 1/3 cup oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder Seasoned Salt to Taste Thin out the Tilapia by slicing it lengthwise, or else it takes forever to cook, then lightly salt both sides. Put Panko in a shallow dish, and add the oil, but oil should not be dripping from Panko, they will not stick if too greasy. Mix hot sauce into egg, with a little season salt and the garlic powder. Dip Tilapia into egg, and moisten both sides. Place fish in the Oiled Panko, and cover with the Panko and press in well, flip the filet, and press crumbs in on other side. Sprinkle and crumbs leftover on top of Tilapia and press in tightly. Bake 25-30 min on 375 degrees, until Tilapia is golden and cooked through. Enjoy, thanks for watching, liking and subscribing
