Murder. Gun is in her right hand. The splatter on the wall is to her right. If she was writing a note and took her life using the gun in her right hand the splatter would be on the opposite side.
She must have been smoking and writing at the same time. Ash tray is on the left. She smokes with her left, writes with her right.

besides for the fact the cigarette is not finished, nicotine heads wouldve
finished it, and besides women are not known to kill themselves with bullets, they slit their wrist or take pills....

the blood splatter is to the right
but the gun is in her right hand which means she would have shot herself in the right side of her head and everything listed previously would be left

Plus the lamp is on the right further confirming that she was probably left handed also.

Don't have the definitive answer but obviously she is left handed and therefore it had to be murder IMO

She's definitely not left handed. Look at the position of the paper. That's how a right handed person would position their paper to write. To write comfortably, a left handed person would have the paper twisted to the right. Try it with a piece of paper yourself.

I know some lefty's who kinda curl their hand to write.
Looks weird and painful to me but hey.
IMO everything is situated to the left the way a left handed person would organize things. Like a right handed person would set the pen down to the right of the pad.
