These are a few pics of what the weather was doing in parts of texas. Anybody thats ever lived in texas knows that texas weather can be cold one day, hot the next, and snow over night. It makes no sense. It hasnt snowed all through dec, jan, and feb but yet it snows in March.

Come to maryland. In the middle of january it'll have you chillin outside with a short sleeve shirt on washing your car. The next day it's raining ice. No not hail. Actual frozen rain that freeze over even more once it touches a surface.
Try defrosting your car at 3:00 in the morning in this type of weather. :smh:

A couple days ago it was hot. Texas only has one true season and thats summer. June, July, and August you know its gonna be hot but the rest of the year you never know. We had a few 90 degree days in december. Then we have a period where it is 30 in the morning and then around noon or 1 its gets around 85-90. You dont know what the hell to put on in the morning.

On the way to work at 7:30 am 22deg., at 10:45 it's 58 deg. I'm in and out my truck never did put a jacket on.

Come to Cleveland where we just had a severe ice storm, black ice everywhere. And where by saturday 7-14" of snow will have fallen. And a water main break just closed down one of the busiest intersections in downtown Cleveland for who knows how long

We're supposed to get that crap tonight.

Last week we had 70 degrees, tornado touchdowns, torrential rain then snow in a 48 hour period.

I hate this weather.

Here in NYC there has been a continual cycle of 60 degrees one day then 17 the next then in the middle for a while. Not much snow but I don't recall ever seeing thunderstorms in winter before.

Try Atlanta where you get 30 sometime 40 degree changes daily.

I can't wait until I get to deal with yall weather.

Hardly any snow and when it does the city shuts down (from what I've been told)

We're officially in tornado season but it's supposed to fucking SNOW.

I don't think anybody has weather as bad as we do.

Its funny to see people that are from other places that get snow all the time becuz they dont understand how we shut everything down when it snows. It doesnt happen much, but when it snows or gets icy, nobody goes anywhere.

believe it or not, NYC pretty much shuts down too. not everything is closed and trains run but people can't drive for shit even in a lil flurry and cabs are out of the question.

yeah you mean like me. I hear you guys complain about it but yall get to stay at home. I overstand that yall aren't built or as equipped but i would think that there would be a provision because there is that possibility. We just got dumped with over 30 cms of that stuff, mix that with freezing rain and ice pellets and not to mention the blowing snow that makes it even worse....we deal with that a lot.
Today was a good day, Friday gonna start off good but overnight we are gonna be hit again and it will last throughout the weekend.

The major problem in texas is ice. We hardly get snow but we do get ice damn near every year and everything shuts down. I have never been to NYC but I heard its cold, smells weird, and people are rude. I will reserve judgement until I am able to visit tho.

I wouldnt know what to do if I was in a place where snow was regular. 50 degrees is cold where I am from and anything in the 90s is a normal summer day. So you can imagine when it snows here, its a big deal.

I'm surprised yall don't get more shit than that considering that you're so close to OK City.

When we had that ice storm that put 600k people out of power for damn near a month I had to go to work!

Driving in freezing rain is no fucking joke and walking in it is even worst.

One good thing about living here is the fact that before that shit hits there are snow trucks putting down salt and plowing the streets (when it hits).

They're still cleaning up the trees that split in half from the amount of ice that fell during that storm.

I hate flying into DFW airport by the way. It's always a got damn thunderstorm or some bullshit that requires for me to circle the fucking airport for an additional hour before we land.

It is surprising. People act like snow is never gonna happen. We are never prepared for it and I think thats why things shut down.

Before it snowed today there was freezing rain and sleet and hail. My dumb ass was walking across campus in it and to make it worse I had on a light jacket becuz it wasnt that cold before I went to class. I am glad I am off work today tho.

Tell me about it!!! Here in Jersey this shit is killing me!! I need this weather to be decisive.. either hot or cold... this is damn "pneumonia weather" as m grandmother would say...

And I'm so jealous of you people with little snow... It snowed here last week (or the week before, idk, it was recent though) and I still had to go to work. Mind you, it's a university, classes were canceled but we still had to show up to fucking work :hmm::hmm::hmm: I'm not equipped for driving in the snow and the roads were not even plowed good :angry:

I visited Texas for the first time in October. We went to Dallas on business for a week and I was watching the news and the weatherman said "finally we get to our normal temperatures of 85"
I couldn't beleive that nonsense.....

and for some reason my cp is set to happy, tx so i get the forcast everyday and it says 65 half the time.....wtf is goin on down there?

They say if you dont like Texas weather then just wait 15 mins and it will change. That holds true except for June, July, and Aug when the sun sits right on your back.

Next day and there is still snow but its starting to melt. Everything has shut down tho so no work or school for me. Its gonna be a long day.

All the weather changes you guys are talking about are due to GLOBAL WARMING ... I'm sure of it ... apparently things will only get worse from here:smh:

In the T.Dot on Monday it was like 9 degrees(that might be cold for some of you but it was warm for us ... white people had short sleeve shirts on and shit) ... by Wednesday we had another snowstorm ... I think it was about 15 cm ... then Thursday it rained causing all the snow to melt ... but then today it got really cold so all the melted snow turned into ice and I fell about 5 times just trying to walk my son to school:smh:(he laughed at me and fell right after which I thought was HILARIOUS ... gotta love Charma:lol:)

my spell is beginning to work, these Cowboys will freeze hahahahahahahahahahaha!

In Cleveland,we now have about 7-8 inches of snow and they expect at least 5-6 more inches to fall plus 34 mph winds. Gotta love the midwest:hmm:.

Keep in mind this shit has been falling nonstop
