Me too! Sad thing is, no offense to anyone, but people get mad at Nas for saying hip hop is dead yo. Grant it, I wouldn't label this shyt hip hop, but some do. I can't lie yo, as of recently my R&B game has stepped up severely. Oldies, jazz and classical collection has increased. I don't even tune in too much anymore. I am a lyrics dude myself and that been out the door years ago now.

I WILL AGAIN SAY, STOP CALLING THIS MUSIC HIP-HOP! Do you think a "world heavyweight boxing champ" fights in the ring with a "featherweight newbie boxer" in the 8th grade? No he doesn't because that shit isn't even on his level. The 2 don't even match up. The problem is people like you who hear a dance beat and put it in the category as real hip hop. It's not hip hop it's dance music. Every time you level this kind of "dance/snap" music with Hip Hop YOU diminish what HIP-HOP as a whole!
