Crack Addict Time

Just got off my inversion table an hour ago. I ain't been on it in a while and as I drove home I thought, "I need to do this 10 min everyday".

I'm going to chiropractor once a week now and it's not cutting it. My left forearm & hand going to sleep is getting worse, he says it's a nerve in my neck.
It usually only happen when I'm sitting leaving forward, but today it went to sleep while I was walking.

After watching some of these vids.... yea, I think I need to find a new chiropractor
Do they really help and how often should you go?

Mine has helped, but not enough. I had the flu in Jan. or Feb. and a member suggested chiropractic adjustment, I was already going once a week so I mentioned having the flu while I was there a he did a different adjustment that made me feel better.

Same when I pulled something in my lower back in Feb., I couldn't walk for a few days (a mind fuck for an able-body man)

Try going 2x a week, and maybe they just are not that good, also if you are having numbness and tingling, it probably got more to do with postoral/biomechanical imbalance and advanced arthrosis leading to closure of the facet and foramen the spinal nerve exit

Bottom line you have to see your chiro more, and know, this is where you are at, somethings can ease the symptoms but consistency with care will help, otherwise you may need surgery to decompress the area it’s being trapped at

You and these fine ass women you post, you honestly don’t get enough credit for your work fam,

Yes they work, and 2-3x a week to get you towards some maintenance care at once a week, or two weeks or a month type scenario

Okay, i'll say it. Why does this look like a lawsuit waiting to happen?

Because these are either not licensed or out here operating independently of any knowledge or skill taught at chiropractic school, and should be brought up by the board, not only for unsafe adjustmenting but making a fool of our profession

What say you @spaceage78 ??

I've had so many back/spinal surgeries. That's what makes me afraid. One wrong twist and all of my repair work may backfire on me

Well that’s the beauty in being a doctor, you know when and when not to adjust and how much or little force to use

Not always the ulnar nerve, and in the neck it’s not the ulnar nerve so much so as the nerve roots coming together to form the brachial plexus, and it’s branches are the radial, ulna, median, musculoskeletal to name a few, so if it’s blocked in the foramen as it exits then you get the numbness and tingling down the arm, but nerves can get trapped other places

It sounds like the scar tissue from your surgery is choking the nerve

So these folks in these videos aint legit?

They doctors but they bullshiting

My compression is in my shoulder and it causes numbness and tingling all the way....

Nah I doubt it's scar tissue since it has been since the surgery....initially they blamed it on post surgical swelling....

Any time you get surgery, you get scar tissue from that i would not be surprised if that’s the culprit
