Do they really help and how often should you go?After watching some of these vids.... yea, I think I need to find a new chiropractor
Mine has helped, but not enough. I had the flu in Jan. or Feb. and a member suggested chiropractic adjustment, I was already going once a week so I mentioned having the flu while I was there a he did a different adjustment that made me feel better.Do they really help and how often should you go?

Same when I pulled something in my lower back in Feb., I couldn't walk for a few days (a mind fuck for an able-body man)
No reason to be. Doesn't hurt at all.Nah, I'm afraid to

Just got off my inversion table an hour ago. I ain't been on it in a while and as I drove home I thought, "I need to do this 10 min everyday".
I'm going to chiropractor once a week now and it's not cutting it. My left forearm & hand going to sleep is getting worse, he says it's a nerve in my neck.
It usually only happen when I'm sitting leaving forward, but today it went to sleep while I was walking.

Okay, i'll say it. Why does this look like a lawsuit waiting to happen?
I've had so many back/spinal surgeries. That's what makes me afraid. One wrong twist and all of my repair work may backfire on me

So these folks in these videos aint legit?Because these are either not licensed or out here operating independently of any knowledge or skill taught at chiropractic school
You and these fine ass women you post, you honestly don’t get enough credit for your work fam,
Its called the ulnar nerve ......aka...... funny bone....
I have had issues with mine since have rotator cuff surgery.
there is compression and when I am driving with it on the armrest it does to sleep or whenever it is elevated......
So these folks in these videos aint legit?
How so? I'm watching & wanting to find somebody that does the same in Atlanta. They doctors but they bullshiting
Not always the ulnar nerve, and in the neck it’s not the ulnar nerve so much so as the nerve roots coming together to form the brachial plexus, and it’s branches are the radial, ulna, median, musculoskeletal to name a few, so if it’s blocked in the foramen as it exits then you get the numbness and tingling down the arm, but nerves can get trapped other places
It sounds like the scar tissue from your surgery is choking the nerve
They doctors but they bullshiting
My compression is in my shoulder and it causes numbness and tingling all the way....
Nah I doubt it's scar tissue since it has been since the surgery....initially they blamed it on post surgical swelling....
Any time you get surgery, you get scar tissue from that i would not be surprised if that’s the culprit
