They actually caught them quicker than i expected.

Police, investigators etc have the resources to EASILY solve a lot of crimes. And thats mainly because a lot of these dudes on the streets are unorganized & sloppier than a mofo with their crimes. But certain crimes are provoked and then left unsolved for a reason (money), and then later blamed on poor Black people because they werent willing to help the "hard working" police officers via snitching.
