Ok, that obstacle is totally a different animal! After that Salmon ladder, that cliff hanger wall would whip anyone's ass because your energy stores are sapped after all that! My hand grip power would be toast by that part of the obstacle!

bruh in my prime I was doing specwar training for the navy. I used to do the buds O course on weekends for fun. This would have been like a warmup
Yes. Looks like a longer version of a boot camp obstacle course. I went to boot camp in the Marines (Parris Island) and their obstacle course was a joke. I wrestled/played FB in H.S. and mastered climbing the rope. The hardest part of that course is the last obstacle. She was basically doing pull-ups. You got to keep moving to the end because gravity is working against you.
