Cosby Show Reruns Pulled, Celebrities React to Guilty Verdict

This afternoon saw comedy legend Bill Cosby convicted of three counts of sexual assault by a Pennsylvania court. In light of the development, Bounce TV has announced they are pulling reruns of The Cosby Show from their schedule. The network, founded by Martin Luther King III and Andrew Young, made a similar move to pull all reruns of The Cosby Showand Cosby in 2015 when allegations against Cosby began to gain publicity.

Celebrities also reacted to the news on Twitter, including a number of prominent #MeToo activists. Many celebrated the verdict as a step in the right direction, while acknowledging the pain Cosby’s crimes have caused his victims, as well as his fans.

Yeah man. Had he not done that he would've got more support. That rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. Especially the younger audience. Some forgot. Some didn't.

if cosby can get convicted then harvey weinstein should get the electric chair.

why isn't anyone going hard on rkelly?? because he only fucks with black females... metoo doesn't cover black on black only sex assaults apparently.

if cosbys only victims were black women he'd probably still be free

The people mentioned have been accused for years if not decades. And its been an open secret just as long if not longer. Yet those in position to prosecute willfully turn a blind eye. And thats the point being made here.

Cosby was convicted on 15 year old allegations with no evidence and allegations made by a witness with conflicting testimony who was caught in outright lies. This is insane.

There's no physical evidence.

It's his word against his accuser(s) at this point, which points to reasonable doubt

thats the thing homie this IS NOT ANYTHING NEW AT ALL....

all we saw was a black man accused of crimes against a white woman/women get convicted on decades old he said she said testimony.

THATS HOW THE AMERICAN JUST US SYSTEM FUNCTIONS

THIS IS NOT UNPRECEDENTED..ITS NOT NEW ITS NOT SOMETHING THATS JUST STARTING.....the ONLY high profile black man to be accused of a crime against a pretty white woman and get away was OJ and they STILL found a way to put his ass in cage.. mind you they gave the maximum for a first offense where if the "trial of the century" hadn't happened...he would have gotten 5 years probation or house arrest or something like that.

I agree with other people here that cosby put himself in that position.

Roman Polanski been accused for decades,there is a reason why he hasn't comeback to the United States.

Wood Allen's ex-wife have been accusing him for touching their step-daughter and marrying her. Yet, every time it gets come up,white folks defend him.

Jerry Lewis fucked and married his 13 year old cousin yet that got swept under the rug.

Elvis married a 14 year old girl yet nobody said a thing about it.

Corey Feldman been trying to tell people for years about the pedophilia in Hollywood but that continues to get swept under the rug. You had Barbara Walters in an interview,years ago, more concerned about the entertainment industry than kids getting molested by adults.
