I can't do that. Members on here put time into their theme threads. Pointing out every thread to be moved to the basement will kill their threads.
A lot of members don't leave the main board at all. I barely go to those other sections either. I don't get movies, TV shows or apps from this board. I get them from another message board.

II have received more than my share of requests from content creators asking me to remove certain posts, its not that big of a deal. @HNIC have spoken about this and like he said we just do it and keep it moving.
I have the ability to move threads to the basement so you can always hit me up, if you get a request to have something taken down.

i just want the board to be prepared... I've posted about Revision law firm (https://revisionlegal.com/) before. He isn't the only firm that handles these cases. It's a growing area of law. Revision has already took down Thotsbay and Leakmeup.
Right now..... Onlyfans content and copyright legality is still new. Typically Onlyfans shit is not going to fit under revenge porn but in a State like California.... it would fit under their criminal statute if the Defendant lived in that state.
When it comes to the Onlyfan's shit the issue is that most of these chicks don't know shit about actually copyrighting their shit. Most don't seek to copyright their shit prior to uploading and you can only really get statutory damages under the copyright law if the distribution occurred after the item was copyrighted or within 3 months of publication. Most copyright infringers don't know this.... so they just immediately take shit down when asked.
But eventually these chicks, especially the ones with the most to lose, are going to get wise to this shit and there are going to be more firms like revision willing to go after sites like BGOL to have copyrighted material.
Fappenning material on the other hand definitely falls under every state's revenge porn statute.

I've had legacy threads not only moved but deleted (which is rare and usually accidental) in the past.

Well if you buy a print that means someone bought the original and selling the prints. I know back in the day when I use to do photography I use to have the models sign a release form stating I can use and sell the images. If I paid the models to take photos I own the rights of the images. Same thing if I buy a custom video from you that you made for me. I own the rights to that video. That just like music if I paid for the studio time for you to record I own the masters.
