You already know and those situation it's best to turn around and leave the area cause you're going to jail for nothing because they don't want you there.

But he should try being mature and look at it from their perspective...he is an unrecognized black man walking thru their neighborhood. If it is no problem, pretty sure they would have NO PROBLEM. But the only way to find out if there is no problem is to ask. The cops ASKED.....hi...whats your name?, you live around here? why you walking in this residential neighborhood? ...... he could have answered, and said he liked walking in nice neighborhoods. Then kept it moving. IF they harassed him after that, he could file complaint.
