Commercial Cleaning Business????

What's up fam.... I ran into a cleaning person at my job that I started to talk about the cleaning business with. She said that she'd quit and leave that job once she gets the chance, plus she's got a group of workers that'll come with her as well. I didn't kick the knowledge about her starting her own Cleaning business but I told her that I had considered doing it (trying to see where it went/leverage, etc..).. I don't have a clue where as to how that industry operates but I'm sure it's not far from learning. I'm just curious at this stage but if it's lucrative enough I'm in. I've got 2doctors already that I'm sure will give me their offices to clean, and an othopedic that works in a building where it's connected to 16other types of practices. so I'm sure he'll be able to talk to some people there. Anyone have any experience with this and how hard it is to get started?

well you will need insurance that will be yo first step. after that just get the clients or if u want to go big its all about bidding th elowest on contracts. thats my 2 cents.

Ok so I've hustled some side work, no contracts, and have been making what I considered bs money b/c I see the potential. Does anyone have any sample contracts for office buildings? That's for basic clean up services (garbage, dust,vaccuum..)

Bruh… Keep in mind that you were talking to a worker and not an owner! What I have seen in this life is that once you become a business owner, everyone else thinks that you are rich! They don’t think about the overhead and responsibilities of running a business. Keep in mind that they will still be employees with the same attitudes and work habits! “LICK”

Go to www.entrepenuer.com. Once there, look up commercial cleaning franchises. JaniKing is featured in the top ten. Has a low investment start up in comparison to other franchises. Forget how much it cost to start one. Read what they are all about to get familiar with the industry, client attainment and if that is the right business for you involvment wise. Hope this helps.
