Can't fuck with regular Marve and DC anymore...Though I will say this. My kid bought me a book during her school's book sale a few days ago. So naturally I can not destroy nor discard it... So I read it.

I got 'The Brave And The Bold: The Lords Of Luck'

It was a very good read. Naturally, I had gripes with some of the Batman scene but Mark Waid kept it on point not to show Batman besting anyone that was over his fight class or power level. In the end the book was solid and 99% percent better than "Blackest Night."

If DC and Marvel stayed consistent, I would post/promote their books more but I just don't see it happening anytime soon.

The great thing about indie books is that most of them are short so the flame is good and then gone. There are exceptions like TWD and Irredeemable but staying good for longer than a run is hard to do in this business.
