Seriously I know how stupid that sound but I never seen him go this far. How does he come back from this?

That question is moot. Punisher Max is a non-616 book. In other words, it's not in the regular Marvel Universe so they can do whatever they want with that character without limits because in the end it's not canon.

Anyone here reading the DC's First Wave series? I read that his was suppose to be a self contained universe with non-super powered characters and now I see Batman is in it? Is that DC's Batman or another Batman aka Avenger?

I haven't been reading it, but Batman is definitely in it, however it's a different take on him. He's supposed to be more in line with his original appearances where he's rocking guns and whatnot.

From what I read DC could not secure the rights to The Shadow so they put Batman in.

The books are going for 50 cent a pop - May not be selling well...so I thought I would try them out but wanted a little more info...because if I pick up one I will have to pick them all up.

Since Garth Ennis started with issue one he has gone for a more realistic tone for the book.

Up is down and black is white story line was basically what happens when the punisher goes over the edge. I loved it but it was still one line Punisher refuse to cross and he seems to be crossing it now.

I loving what Jason Aaron has done with the book but I still wonder how does he continue on after this.

I mean will he be ducking shots from both sides now??

I would hope so...Clearing of the name (cop incident) would be too 616 for that book.
