This is gonna sound bad..

He's black-ifying the Panther waaaay to much.

Most of the arcs on the books since he started, hasn't really had Panther beign just a superhero.

I know Black Panther is black. We know he comes from Africa.
We know he runs a powerful Black nation. We know he's damn near as smart as Reed Richards. The problem is that Hudlin can't just let Panther be a superhero.
I don't walk around my life proclaiming my blackness or pumpin my fist all the time.

I just exist to the best of my ability. He's not lettin Panther do that. It has nothing to do with scarin away white folks.. panther has been around for decades already , so they know him.

It has to do with ascending our blackness, while remaining black. If I'm told all the time/ showed all the time i'm black, im gettin nowhere.

I just want him to let Panther be the Panther.

Dunno if that made sense but I hope so.

I've been reading Hudlin's Panther since Issue 1. I've read every single one too. And id odn't see Panther walking around proclaiming his blackness.

He seems to be a character of strength.

a character of personal will as well as outward power.

My criticism of hudlin's arcs have been that we're just NOW getting back to Wakanda. I think there's SOOOOOOOOOO many stories that he could do with Wakanda. He's been dangling us with this phantom inside the family for awhile now. People trying/wanting to usurp the throne and such.

It's taken a while to get back to Wakand and now he's finally there i'm pretty excited. I'm ready to see him go against Killmonger next issue.
