you may have to rename the file and strip out the .html extension.
Assuming you're on a Windows box, after you open any folder, go to Tools, then Folder Options. Hit the View tab, and uncheck "Hide Extensions for Known File Types"

Then right click on the file, rename the file, and remove .html. It should work fine after that.
