I'll never forget what Mike Tyson said about being the tough guy when he was in prison. He said the tough guy risks getting hurt/killed by the scared guy.

In the vid Reggie said that someone was pump faking with his gun in his dick.

Which means that someone flashed a gun on their waist at him, basically letting him know that they're ready to take it there.
