For the most part vlad will interview the people that most big companies in the same realm will ignore.. look at the warriors they just won the chip.. most journalists are going to interview the 5 to 7 biggest name on that team.. vlad will interview the nig with the least amount of playing time or worst stats..nobody else will.. the thing people underestimate is that the nig with the least playing time might have some of the best stories about the team or will go most in depth about a bunch of details cause nobody ever gives them airplay to speak..so they feel honored about having a segment.. now think about other players who don’t get a lot of interviews who also ride the bench or haven’t played in yrs who people tend to forget they see vlad as an outlet to give them a voice.. now if you were an up and coming athlete that wanted to get shine ull see an outlet like his with other players and want to use his show to get your name out there.. so basically his show be full of benchwarmers, mixed with has beens, mixed with up and comers.. with so many individuals wanting that spotlight it’s unlimited content.. now take the sports out of it out and throw in music and movies and think how many entertainers fit the description of a has been, up and comer, and person who been a part of things but are on the low tier aspect of it.. that’s vlad show in a nutshell

There are plenty of black interviewers that aren't as popular. It's a pretty big space. What vladtv has is the website and at this point the money and viewers. So if you were to compete you would need to be able to pay these interviewees more than Vlad does and be able to provide them a platform as big as vlad does. So your cost of production is going to probably be higher than vlads then you don't have the viewers to charge the advertisers what Vlad can get. Then lets say you are able to create something that is not as toxic to the culture as vladtv. Will it be as popular? That's a question that always seems to lose out. Negativity at least when it comes to viewership on social media seems to be king.
