Cobb County Georgia flooding last night

Atlanta has some of the worse drainage systems I’ve ever seen for a major city. Instead of trying to build a cop city; why don’t they fix the drainage issues…
Cobb county drainage is fucked up too. The biggest problem with this county is the hills if you were at the bottom of the hill or in the valley you are screwed.

Crazy, not far from the crib. It has rained 20 plus days in a row it seems after no rain for months.
That’s how it be in Atlanta be dry for a while, but once mother nature turns on the water, she don’t turn it off.

we had damm near 2-1/2 inches of rain to drop on detroit within 2 hrs...and we have one of the best water sewage system in tha
world and tha pumps bearly kept up we had major street and freeway flooding so you knw dam well atlanta's out dated infrastructure
cant handle it...

Fix the drainage in all metro Atlanta areas period…
From a civil engineering standpoint, the problem with Atlanta and its geography is you could fix flooding at one area, but you going to basically move it to another area. The major flood water flow to the Chattahoochee river and when that river is running high, the water has nowhere to go

When I was living there.....the stretch of I-20 by Six Flags would always be under water when there was heavy flooding.
