Civil Lawsuit!

I hope dude sues both females. And part of the settlement. Should be any and all present and future income earned. Through a job or donations (gofund mes or the like) are automatically deducted to the teacher and to programs. That offers persons who are jailed or imprisoned due to proven false claims.
Free legal representation.

Them hoes are broke. Sue the school. That's why im never in a rush to condemn Bill or any other celebrity.
The school didn't do anything wrong they have to take the allegation seriously. Ultimately the school did its due diligence and got the girls to confess they made it up. They have no money now but he could sue for future earnings. Sometimes people lie, sometimes they're telling the truth but the allegation must be investigated.

You can and should take it seriously, but you can't always take somebody's word. You have to do a through investigation as well. If this keeps up who will want to work there?

That appears to be what the school did. I know the second vid says the teacher was arrested but I'm not sure that's true, because had he actually been arrested, those girls would have been talking to the police, not a principle.

No. Can’t unfortunately because the school has to always err on the side of the student. The problem is that how they handle it leaves one without recourse even when it’s proven they’re innocent.
Here’s how this goes:
1. Within a few hours after the allegation is made, it’s sent to leadership (the principals) and they send it to HR.
2. The accused is immediately escorted off the campus. He could be mid-sentence. He has to go that instant.
3. He is placed on administrative leave until the “investigation” ends.
4. His pay is placed in escrow barring a negative conclusion.
5. In the instance he is cleared, he is allowed to return.
6. We know what six could have been.

The problem during the time he was on the bench, kids and staff are gonna say all kinds of wild shit about buddy. So he won’t be able to return to that location because it’s now become hostile towards him. Anywhere he transfers, there will always be whispers and fingers pointed. Not to mention, adjacent parties like his family and friends who either knew he was sturdy, or chose to believe the hype.
There is no punishment fair barring multi-millions in damages and life-long restitution from her family.

@EchoCrash Looks like he's going to sue. Great news. Why didn't both of these disrespecful liars get eleven days.

eleven days means nothing. Won’t change the behavior. They will come back after 11 days and find a way to sit next to each other in that class and laugh about it for the rest of the year.

I agree, I was just contrasting the 11 days the friend got to the 5 days the shit starter got.

The viral "storytime" video features a woman claiming she falsely accused a teacher of sexual misconduct in the sixth grade because she was upset about a seating arrangement. [1]

Is it real?
    • The Video Itself: The video of the woman telling the story is real and went viral across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
    • The Claims Made in the Video: The truthfulness of the story she is telling remains unverified.
    • Key Details Lacking: Public records have not independently confirmed her account, the school where it supposedly happened, the identity of the teacher, or whether the events actually took place the way she described them. [1, 2]

This incident so would not be a public record. It would be an internal investigation handled by whichever respective school district. The only thing that be made public record was if there was arrest made as a result.
