Patterson St. a few months ago! Don’t believe us check for yourselves! Check out the police report!! The officer left out so much important information! Carey Ohio Police Audit (Officer Threatens Citizen At Municipal Building)
Citizen was never warned of disorderly conduct but was illegaly arrested for and illegaly charged with disorderly conduct early that day for 'allegedly flipping off and officer.' This citizen walks into the municipal building to grab a police complaint form and this happens. The previous encounter will be uploaded to this channel when prosecutor Kathryn M. Collins releases them. Thank you!
