Cindy Herron of En Vogue - The Early Years

I always thought she was the finest in the group. After seeing the "Hold on" video for the first time I was like !

You mean to tell me she was 23 in 1986?!

HOW is this bitch almost the same age as my mom?!

I've been cougar hunting all this time....

Dam she was already 13 when I was born! Never thought she was that old, but I did always think she was the hottest of the group back then.

More recent pic of them

Yeah I saw them legs in that 1st video of them in them black dresses in Hold on Cindy was on my radar for sure after that. Tall tick legs and cute she is badd.

Too bad the youngest broad Dawn fucked up the group.

You guys are making me feel ancient. I can remember when she did a PBS series called "Up and Coming". I actually wrote a letter to her in 1980.

Don't tell anyone that shit.

It almost killed me when I found out that Christopher "Play" Martin hit it.

I remember her from the same series. Her and her two brothers on the show Kevin and Marcus. It was a good positive alternative to the depictions of Blacks in the Norman Lear sitcoms. She was fine. I went to high shool with Kid from KidNPlay He had a full afro back then and mad freckles but he was a year younger than me. I graduated in 1980.

I remember that tv show "UP & Coming" I was a little kid when it was shown on the local Chicago PBS station. I always had a crush on her. I believe it was several years before the Cosby show first aired. I like that show a lot, talked about real issues and the writing & acting was very good.

I wish someone had copies of this show. Maybe TV ONE or other black networks can re-air those episodes
