Tennessee officials were unable to complete Christa Pike’s l*thal injection Wednesday, according to media witnesses cited by AP. Witnesses reported hearing her snore after officials appeared to administer two doses of pentobarbital.Pike, 50, was convicted of m*rdering 19-year-old Colleen Slemmer in 1995, when Pike was 18. The attempt followed a U.S. Supreme Court decision lifting a last-minute stay. Officials had not immediately confirmed her condition.
