I'm not of the school of thought that Rev. Wright should shut up. I'm tired of black folks having to be quiet to pacify whites. However, every black person on Chris Matthews agrees that he should shut up.

I agree with you. Whites and lackey blacks believe what they want to believe. I see absolutely nothing wrong or incorrect with what Rev. Wright has been saying. Just because they don't want to hear it doesn't make it any less true. If people say they now won't vote for Obama because of Wright, you can best believe they weren't going to vote for him in the first place.

That's what is bothering me with all of the morons on the other threads. If you disagree with Wright you are more than entitled to do so. But they are only worried about what white people want and their feelings. I will never criticize another man for speaking the truth as he sees it to appease someone else.

Anyone that is perceived to threaten, disagree with Obama, joins the legion of Coon© in the eyes of many Black Americans.

The news media was going to bring up Rev. Wright AGAIN, anyway.

More importantly will be Obama's presidency. Will at that time, black Americans be willing to do ANYTHING he tells them to do, just because he looks like us!?

Obama equals white Jesus to many African Americans -

An when he does get the presidency, and the barrel of oil hits 150.00, those same African Americans are going to cruficy Obama as the economy tanks.

Quite is as kept, most BGOL Obama supporters only support because they are selfish and think that somehow, he will improve the plight of the middle class home owner. Themselves.

Now I hope this also.

But watch how quick they will abandon him, when day one doesn't meet their expectations.



They will do so, because they are not true supporters, and that is why they are afraid now.

It's about YOU, not just Obama, it's about what YOUR doing for change also. He's not the only one who has to bear this cross of change.

A lot of people spend their entire live making decisions (shucking & jiving) in order to appease the majority. What they don't take into consideration is how they compromise their own beliefs and the type of person they become because of it, e.g. Clarence Thomas and any other random sellout. But, even more than that, how this way of thinking gets them nowhere!
