Chris Henry’s Fiancee’ Loleini Tonga Speaks..But Story Doesn’t Add Up
1- She claims he jumped out of the truck
Her reasoning for him jumping was because he might have saw someone calling the police.
Henry had a broken forearm that was in a cast. It is hard enough to jump out of a moving vehicle with two good arms it would be impossible to brace your fall with a broken forearm. It just doesn’t seem logical for him to just jump out of moving vehicle without knowing he was going to injure himself. Now this isn’t a logical situation so it is possible, but it seems highly unlikely.
Henry’s cause of death was blunt force trauma to the back of the head, if you jump out of a truck you aren’t going to jump backwards meaning your injuries in most cases would be in the front not the back of your body.
Of course falling off the back of a truck and not being able to brace yourself is more consistent with a head injury to the back of your head.
Also how would Henry know someone was calling the police? He was in the back of a moving truck it, would be almost impossible for him to know if someone was calling anyone unless it was Miss Tonga who threatened to call police and she says clearly that it wasn’t her.
2- She claims she wasn’t driving fast.
She says several times she was not going that fast. Going under the assumption that Henry did jump out of the truck if she wasn’t going very fast how did his fall cause enough damage to kill him?
If she was really going that slow to the point that he felt he could jump out it would once again be highly unlikely he could sustain injuries severe enough to kill him.
3- She claims she didn’t stop because she couldn’t.
When asked why she didn’t stop the truck her answer was:
“There was nowhere to stop on the road.”
There aren’t many streets in the United States that don’t have a place for you to pull over. Just for safety reasons most roads have some sort of shoulder.
If she wanted to pull over or stop I feel like should could have done so.
4- She claims Henry wasn’t suicidal.
This is something I believe because Henry was turning his life around and had a lot to live for, but this contradicts her previous statements that Henry jumped out of the vehicle.
If he wasn’t suicidal why would he risk jumping out of moving truck.
It doesn’t matter if the truck was going 10 MPH or 60 MPH jumping out of a moving vehicle is going to hurt and if you have a broken forearm it would be impossible to break your fall.
