I Have Taken A Paternity Test An It Comes Back I'am Not The Father..the Test Is Ga State Certified An Everything However This Crazy Chick Refuses To Stop An Now I Have To Go To Child Support Court..do I Have To Be Retested,and All That..she Has Already Put It Out There That There Was Another Man Involved..a Married Man Who She Is Not Stressing..seems Like She's Just After Me..i Want To Get This Over With..

You have to show up for the hearing, but bring a copy of the test and finding with you and that's it.

You could have sexed her 100% of the time with no condom - but that test is like the silver bullet. 99.999% chance you are not the father which means you have proven by overwhelming burden of proof you are not.


They'll have to dismiss her case. And make sure the judge dismisses "with predjudice" which means she can never file another action against you for the same action.
 
Actually, the test will not be admissable, but it is good to have. You need to go to court and they will retest you.

No, it's already been state certified, it's completely admissable as evidence.
If they do want you to retest - make sure you request that SHE pay for the test since she is the one alledeging you are the father and you've already taken a test stating the contrary.

No, he means that the lab is certified by the state of GA. All of that doesn't matter. Only a court-ordered test is admissible.

The retest is paid for by the state unless he ends up being the father and he will have to pay. Sounds to me like she is on state assistance. Am I right?

she even tried to get me to sign a contract saying i'll give her 300 dollars for child support when the kid was like a month i told her go fuck herself...
 
Your big mistake was showing her the negative test. I can already predict what she will do, seen it WAAAY too many times.

She will never show up for her part of the test. And she'll keep getting it rescheduled over and over again. She'll wait till you slip up and don't show and they'll issue a default judgment against you.
