Man I have 2 sons. 7 nephews. I'll be damned if I and my brother( and their father's) aren't in their lives. This is some bullshit. Kids(Black Kids) killing kids is was past epidemic proportions. I got a plan if I can get some capital that will, "save the tree," so to speak. Are you are largely lost because even though you and your brother are in your sons and nephews lives that dwarfs the amount of positive influences and young man's life in your neighborhood by 10 to 1.
the tree that is the black community has poisoned roots largely do to a complete disregard and disrespect for human life buy those 28 and under. with those folks brought into life during or slightly after the crack epidemic the snowball is the size of a house and gaining speed as its going down hill. I'm not for just simply filling black man in jail, but if you are willing to kill because somebody said something bad about you and you deserve to go into jail and not come out until you have gained some sense. I live in the suburbs now, but I would be foolish to believe that drugs do not exist out here. In fact they do exist, but they are a whisper. still, people are losing sight of the reasons that are justifiable for killing somebody. Somebody touches my nieces or nephews in an inappropriate way, they gotta go. My old neighborhood was torn down 6 months ago. And I moved out of the hood years ago. I didn't forget where I came from. And still had family there for years after I had left. Shit isn't as bad as Chicago but a life lost to ignorance is still a life lost. And yes suburban kids still get into the same shit,just not as prevalent as the hood. Man the problem is even bigger than the guns. Motherfuckas abusing and killing babies, raping, kidnapping and killing of young girls and boys. Some believe the ig'nant rap music they listen to. Others are just fucking clueless. Either way this shit is way out of control.
