He didn't have it on him. Soon as he turned around with his hands up the pig executed him. Roland also pointed out that the pigs lied on the pig report.

They've got video of two individuals at 24th and Sawyer shooting at a passing car which set off the shot caller....the 21yr old and the 13yr old were were there...but you can't tell which one was shooting (guess which pussy was shooting) there were shell casings on the ground... eight of them.... when they do the ballistics and match them and find the 13 year old's prints on the gun.... they will blame him for the shooting

I ran errands today, it was quiet. I protests I saw were at Police stations were the police outnumbered the protesters.

I mean, this isn't Tamir Rice. This was a serial runaway who may or may not been shooting a gun off with
this 21y/o he was with.
People, both kids and adults have been killed in their homes by idiots doing this.

What I see when they break it down frame by frame.... is what looked like a gun in his right hand.... I then see his right hand get obscured y his body, then the fence panel.... then him spinning around with his right hand last to be seen... 8 tenths of a second to decide what to do.... cop won't catch charges on this one.... sad that it was a 13yr old.... but he chose his actions that night..... you got to keep in mind that here was no flashing sign on the kid saying "hey, I'm only 13".... that's why I'm not a cop.... don't really think that I could make those kind of split decisions... and then have to live with the wrong decision being made

She was struck in the head and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said. She was later pronounced dead, according to police.
The Cook County medical examiner’s office has not yet released information on her death.
No one is in custody as area detectives investigate.
