Peppermint Castile soap will do this without soaking. I keep a bottle in the shower with pumice (the really airy ones they use at the salon) and every few days or so I put a little Castile on the pumice and go town for about 15 seconds per foot while in the shower and my feet never get build of dead skin anymore.

I’m glad you found something that works for you. But Let me put you on. My goal is not to just get rid of dead skin, but also prolong the next time you need to scrub or receive dead skin on the bottom of your feet. 1) However you soak your feet (bath, shower, nail salon), pay attention to the temperature of the water. As we age, hot water is starting to break down the softness of our skin, especially our feet. ( my local nail salon, purposely soaks peoples feet in hot water). 2. Be careful with that pumice stone, yes you are scraping dead skin but some of the integrity of the healthy skin is being compromised. 3. I found this turmeric Pumice Sponge/ NOT STONE that gently scratches the surface of the skin leaving the healthy skin untouched. I recommend not removing all the dead skin at once, but using the pumice sponge every 3 to 4 days, removing more and more of the dead skin, but allowing the days in between for the healthy skin to grow back. 4. After every shower, I just put Vaseline and then a pair of socks on. (I see in the comments that Vaseline is not a moisturizer but a sealant, but it really works). I’ve used the turmeric sponge every 3/4 days , then once a week, then once every two weeks then once a month. I’m lazy so my goal was to prolong the need of reoccurring dead skin and for me to continuously scrub the bottom of my feet. It’s been two months since I’ve touched my turmeric pumice sponge. ( I love hot showers, I’m trying to cool it down more lol). Next time I will try to peroxide, but if you implement the sponge, you won’t need that scrape tool before the stone.

I like to take care of my feet and this is something I have not tried.

Good vid....

To help lessen dry cracked feet be sure you are getting enough B3 and omega 3 oils in your diet. Cut out corn & vegetable oils, instead use olive, organic coconut,r avocado oils when frying your foods. Plus cut down or cut out sugar. Anything with high fructose corn syrup is awful and contributes to foot problems, from pain in foot heels to include the whole bottom of feet when walking.

Hold up..... she said she previously had to warm the water on the stove. She don't have running hot water?

Oh definitely.

Y'all be getting pedicures?
I have never ever got that shit… what the fuck you mean… ain’t nobody gonna be looking at these fucking toes and clowning me… nope I ain’t giving them the pleasure

On the serious note, my ole gal the only one who clip my toes nails…

As a person who wear steel toe boots, I probably need one, every other month

Coconut oil on your feet daily before you put on socks will help moisturize and kill mild foot fungus.

Warm water with yellow Listerine and distilled vinegar is also a good foot soak. It’ll help soften the dead skin and kill foot fungus.

Treat yourself to a pedicure once a month too
