This transition to electric is very premature for most people. The infrastructure for charging sucks. Tesla’s charging network is way beyond the competition and still not sufficient. Half them shits be broken. That was my experience whenever tried to find a charger away from home. In fact the only charger that worked constantly was the one at the airport, but I’d be gone for days so there was no need to do fast charging.
Just check out Rich Rebuilds video on his trip down to Florida with a Rivian. The crazy part is how much he’s paying for charging.

I've watched YouTube videos on them and seen a few here in Georgia. Looks nice but they got some issues related to the computer and charging issues. But by the time I can get one they should have that worked out.
An electric Charger or Challenger would be awesome but you'll be a target here driving that.

That ctsV curb weight is 300 lbs lighter than the hellcat.....but also that dude has those lights timed down, he beats everyone off the line and it's not even close, he's got a car length on damn near all of those challengers off the line
Unfortunately it’s a car, but it’s worth 100k. I don’t know how much the engine alone cost. So it’s more they see oppose of just a car.
2020 HellCat Crate Engines were initially available for about $22K, but that was before the discontinuation was announced.
There was an article posted a while back about an owner with a blown motor warranty issue earlier this year. I believe the cost was then like $36K
I hope that owner did not show that video to his insurance company.......
By the owner being present it went from a crime of malicious intent to opportunity.
(Not most, a lot of) ins companies only give you 2 strikes when it comes to opportunity, especially with a high theft higher value vehicle.
He turned his back and "let" it be stolen.......
No trying to chase them off, cuz the their got out of the vehicle and was about to run off. No screaming for help / neighbors......
His car was in a vulnerable position and he turned his back and let it happen......
