Chain Restaurant that deserve to go out of business b/c this is ridiculous

It's the soup, a single serving is around $8. The group size soup is $22-$25.

The group size is 32 ounces and designed to feed four people.

There's nothing to see here.

Nothing should go out of business.
We are all connected.
The people that work there buy things from the companies we all work at.
If they don't buy we don't earn.
Long term thinking.

The price to create that soup cost pennies. They are way overcharging
Panera doesn't make soups fresh in-store; they're made centrally, frozen, then reheated, meaning
yourcost is the retail price (around $8-$10/quart) while Panera's production cost is lower due to factory efficiency, but includes ingredients, central production, freezing, shipping, and labor, likely under $3-$4 per serving, though exact figures are private business data.

$71 for 7-11 looking skimpy ass sandwiches and non-fresh soup that arrives in a plastic back? Ooook, then :roflmao::roflmao3:

I haven't been to a Panera Bread in years, and from the looks of recent events, I won't be returning.

The price of everything has gone up. An ice cream cone from Carvel on 233Street in the Bronx costs $4. I remember the cost was 50¢ when I was 8. Dining away from home at restaurants is a luxury that is not for everyone. Especially bourgeoisie shops like Starbucks. I have yet to spend a dime in Starbucks. As I have never been one those people who need a cup of coffee. There used to be many affordable family friendly diners throughout NYC but most of them are long gone. Those are the last restaurants I knew of where you could get a meal and soda for under $10.

My drive to avoid eating away from home comes for me not wanting to eat from places that cook food with ingredients I otherwise do not consume. I also refuse to eat from certain people. The healthiest and most financially sound thing to do is prepare your own meals and travel with food when necessary. That's the best way to control the sugar and salt you consume. As a personal rule I never leave the house hungry. Protect yourselves at all times folks.

Lmao don’t blame you

Man I went to Waffle House, just cause my peeps like it.

I order an all start meal that’s $12. I subbed the 2 strips of bacon for chicken breast and add two eggs with cheese

She got a $13 meal

How the total was $42 dollar

The chick said she gave me a chicken breast meal instead of the all star. Something that wasn’t on the menu:lol:

I told my gal, “you know I don’t fuck with Waffle House. In Georgia I ate here often because at 5am that was the only spot open…. I’m done with this fuck shit. I’ve order this for months and I know 2 meals shouldn’t cost no fucking $40”

She was weak because I’m not one to complain at all

I've never ordered anything from penara bread,I went in to pick up food for family and I saw what they ordered and the price and I knew I wasn't tha stupid.

Grill cheese
PB&J
sweet tea and some other shit that you can make at home for a fraction for what you're paying for that.

People are lazy and will pay out of the ass for someone else to make their kids PB&J and these places are going to stay in business off of this reason alone.

Fam, that's fucked up, man. That's why I confirms the price if I make substitutions. The RATCHET PRACTITIONER basically charged you for something else. I would have been tempted to write "SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!" on the receipt :roflmao3: :roflmao2::roflmao:

Like wtf

My gull was laughing because she knew I was about to loose it. She told the kids, “Yall daddy was mad as hell in Waffle House. The total was $40 and he knew it should’ve been $26 at the most”

Just shows how things are changing. Mr. Lincoln said we are free. Poverty has become the new slavery. But at least we are not starving to death as our relatives did in third world countries. We refused to help them until it was finally shown to the public. Then the crooks came to make money off of the misfortune of being born black in a white man's world. And it is better than prison where you mainly eat meats and sweets and have every part of your life controlled like slavery.
The foods out of the bee hive are still under attack.

Panera bread target audience is bougie/gullible cacs, Starbucks, etc have built in target audience.. as I use to like to call stores like them downtown cac stores.. wasn't meant for us but for them.. they like to use terms like "gourmet" which doesn't really mean anything but an over hyped term to sell shit at a higher price
