he'll get his golden parachute and live out the rest of his life in the lap of luxury

Kill him.
It's the only answer, on da real.

I have never been a Janet fan like that, but ain't nonway an artist with that much success, reach, and bankability, STILL have their career be able to be sabatoged by an even more insecure, powerful white male.

Man, you playing with people's whole lives...whole families...whole careers.

If you are not at minimum, livid about this, you a f*ck n!99@!
:itsawrap:

All this bullshit over her nipple being shown for less than a sec..such a joke.

What makes it even more fucked up,most people didn't see the incident. Hell,I was watching the halftime show and I didn't see it. It was until they showed it a million times the next day that people saw it because news outlets kept showing it over and over again..

It's fucked up but expected that white feminists didn't say shit about Justin Timberfake taking a black woman's wardrobe off without her permission yet go after black men for less. Not only, they kept quiet they didn't say shit when he came back to the Superbowl in February.

And,then Timberfake threw Janet under the bus all these years but was allowed to be on that Michael Jackson single after he died....:smh:

Fuck Les Moonves and Justin Timberfake...

Please use the term "blacklisting" far too loosely

It isn't his fault that Lena Horne didn't want Janet to play her. And seriously, would any of us wanna see JANET playing Lena Horne? Not me

All Janet had to do to be on the famous that year was apologize like Justin did, according to.tbe article. She didn't. She has still been.in Grammys since.

According to the article , dude didn't like her wrong a book deal, but she still did. That's not blacklisting she got the deal. He just didn't like it.

So who cares about this CAC? Janet prolly doesn't even care, and she's made much more.of a fortune in her life than he ever did.

She's Janet Jaxksom. He's nobody.

I don't know why people are acting all surprised about this and shit.
A number of US here have been on Timberlake's case for YEARS about his cowardly act.
Yet, a lot of YOU still bought into his shit and music.
This Moonves story only confirms it.

Les Moonves
has parted ways with the CBS Corporation.

The Network released a statement today:

It read in part: Concurrently with the settlement, Leslie Moonves will depart as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Chief Operating Officer Joseph Ianniello will serve as President and Acting CEO while the Board conducts a search for a permanent successor. Mr. Ianniello, who joined the Company in 2005, has been COO of CBS since June 2013. The Chairman position will remain open pending the appointment of a permanent CEO.

Moonves and CBS will donate $20 million to one or more organizations that support the #MeToo movement and equality for women in the workplace. The donation, which will be made immediately, has been deducted from any severance benefits that may be due Moonves following the Board’s ongoing independent investigation led by Covington & Burling and Debevoise & Plimpton. Moonves will not receive any severance benefits at this time (other than certain fully accrued and vested compensation and benefits); any payments to be made in the future will depend upon the results of the independent investigation and subsequent Board evaluation.

The Chief Executive had been plagued by allegations of sexual harassment in recent times after six women came forward in the New Yorker earlier this year.

CBS’ board of directors has been working on a package to release him of his duties this weekend.

Moonves, who is married to Julie Chen, has led the company for the past 15 years and has successfully managed the television division.

However, despite having many supporters the backlash from the allegations has proved too much.

Mr. Moonves has also been involved in a protracted legal fight with the company’s controlling shareholder, Shari Redstone.

The talks have included a potential payout that, while much less than the $184 million promised by his employment agreement, could still be as high as $100 million.

Given the circumstances the size of the pay out has caused a lot of friction inside CBS.

Joseph Ianniello, the chief operating officer of CBS and one of Moonves’s advisers, has been named the interim chief executive.

:curse:... I knew this already but the irony of his fall is epic and Janet deserve this karma revenge...hope she do get some paper out of this!...ain't like she need it but on the principle of pleasure she deserve it!

In Bad Surprise News, Les Moonves Has Quietly Started a New Company Called Moon Rise Unlimited

After being fired from his position atop CBS last December, following myriad accusations of sexual misconduct that span decades, Les Moonves is getting back to work. According to the New YorkTimes, the disgraced executive hung a new shingle in Los Angeles called Moon Rise Unlimited. It was registered on October 30, according to the California Secretary of State, and is described as an LLC focused on “entertainment services.” Moonves is designated as the manager, though that detail was listed in a separate filing. And that’s not all! Moonves also set up a pair of complementary ventures using the same very bold name. Per the Times:

Mr. Moonves also appears to have formed two related companies around the same time: Moon Rise Technologies, which it said in a filing planned to provide “streaming services and distribution,” and Moon Rise Productions, which it said planned to provide “film and television production” services.

Although Moonves stepped down from his position last September, after New Yorkerand New York Times reports detailed alleged offenses ranging from harassment to assault by more than a dozen women, he was not officially fired by CBS until the company completed an investigation into the accusations. At that time, the company announced it had cause to fire Moonves — the Board cited “willful and material misfeasance, violation of company policies and breach of his employment contract” — depriving him of his $120 million severance package.

The network, however, still had to pay the former president’s legal bills in his dispute with the company itself, thanks to a contract stipulation. According to the Times, CBS is also currently footing the bill for Mooves’s rent in his new office space, because his exit agreement specifies that “CBS must pay for Mr. Moonves’s ‘office services’ for no less than a year, even if the company fired him for cause.” Moonves has denied the claims against him, and is pursuing further legal action to recover his severance from CBS.
