CBP One™ Mobile Application | U.S. Customs and Border Protection
To request an appointment in CBP One™, select your registration that contains all members of your family or co-travelers who share a common U.S. destination address and then request an appointment. At 12 p.m. ET the following day, appointments will be allocated from a pool of registered users who requested an appointment the previous day.
If you receive an appointment, you will be notified around 12 p.m. ET via the CBP One™ app and email. You have up to 23 hours to confirm the appointment by completing a geolocation check to ensure you are within central or northern Mexico and by completing the photo capture and liveness detection process.
In the event you are not selected for an appointment at 12 p.m. ET, you may request an appointment again during the 12-hour period from 12 p.m. ET to 11:59 p.m. ET each day to be considered for the 12 p.m. ET allocation the following day.
CBP is continually monitoring and evaluating the application to ensure its functionality and guard against bad actors. Registrations and accounts that are identified as fraudulent will be removed
