There is very little to none carbs in meats, seafood, cheese, olive oil, and butter.
I'm not telling anyone to eliminate carbs from their diet completely but if you are having weight issues, feeling tired or sluggish, mind cloggy...Try limiting your carbs a few days a week a try. Your body will thank you for it.
I know the articles I posted were hella long but if your serious about your health you'll read them over time atleast to have the information.
