Captain America: Reborn

Lost in time huh...

:hmm: :hmm:

So basically Marvel, with Steve, are doing the same thing as DC with Bruce Wayne huh?
Are y'all for real?

I tried to read Cap Reborn No. 4 and had no idea WTF is going on.

He's the skinny.

Red Skull had a chance to kill his most hated enemy.

He decided instead to keep him frozen in time so that he can use his body as a replacement for his own...

In the process he accidentally gave Cap more power to alter time and change history. Once again giving Cap the upper hand.

For the DC version replace "Red Skull" with "Darkseid" and "Cap" with "Bats."

Truly these people behind the story have no respect for their fan base.

The writers are just succumbing to the whims of the editors and they in turn are acting on behalf of the power players in the company that want to keep franchises going. I get that.

What I don't understand is WHY THEY CHOOSE SOME LAME BRAIN FUCKING IDEAS. These stories are literary setting back comics maturity by 20 years.

Just a fair warning...threads are disappearing off the back end of this forum because no one bumps/makes comments in them. We've already lost a lot of good threads. Pretty soon we'll be down to a single page of threads. People need to keep current threads alive by posting or start new threads. It would also help if we had more people interested in the comic forum. Along with GOW and LadyTee I help to maintain the forum but this is the member's forum. It's mainly up to the members to keep it alive. That means you all need to step up before this entire forum vanishes

I hear you. That's why I said a long time ago we should keep all of the discussions in side of the main "New Comics" thread because this would happen like it happens in all comic forums. Thread burn out and people check this spot maybe once a week @ best.

What's the sense of having a forum if nearly everything takes place inside of a single thread? The forum allows for expansion of thought and plenty of room for discussion. If it were up to me all discussions would take place inside threads made (by members) for the particular arc or title. Sub forums could be made to handle all books by a specific character, title, or a publisher's entire line of comics; but judging from the lack of responses in all but the Green Lantern Blackest Night thread and the Request thread the interest aint there so no Admin/Mod will go through all that just to see a bunch of threads/forums sit empty. I mean look how the War Of Kings thread ended...absolutely no discussion, questions or thoughts on what will happen afterwards and no one stepped up to do a Realm Of Kings Thread. That kinda sums shit up
