Can't believe we're still having this discussion in 2019.

I was in the break room at the job today talking about college football with 3 dudes, when one of them says, "I believe Alabama and Clemson could beat the Raiders.", and the other 2 agreed with him. Me: "Shut the fuck up and sit the fuck down!" I can't believe that there are still people out there with that mindset. NO college team can beat an NFL team! Enough of this dumb shit already!

guess you didn't watch a raiders game this season.

:roflmao3:

Naw. I get where you coming tho.
Cant really see, a college team beating an NFL team.

Yeah. That's fact. Some college speed players like exceptionally fast receivers, or a gifted running back, might do o.k. But there is no way a college offensive line could compete against a NFL defensive line. Likewise, no college defensive line is going to get past an NFL offensive line.

I’d normally agree, but Clemson would be better at QB, WR and DL than Arizona.

And better at coach.

Think about it.

I doubt it. QB is a lot harder in the NFL than it is college. Making all those reads and line adjustments, and trying to trick elite NFL defenses is not something many college QB's can do. That's why so many college QB's who get drafted into the NFL wash out after 3-4 years. As far as D-line goes, I don't think a 18-20 year college kid is going to have much luck against a seasoned 25 year old, or older, NFL O-lineman.

Their little college bodies would shatter.

Bruh, kahlil mack and aaron donalds little college bodies did not break. Zeke elliot put Kam chancellor on his ass in his first preseason game.

College kids are way more ready to play in the NFL day one. These are facts.

Colts have two first team all pro rookies. Leonard or nelson’s little college bodies did not shatter. They were putting vets on their asses.

After spending months in training camp adjusting to pro speed and putting on more muscle

Black men love to show their ignorance. Especially when it comes to sports

Nigga shut up :smh:
The best college player will be overwhelmed by the speed of the NFL. It takes time to adjust
There’s no way a freshman QB and WR can be effective vs a professional

How then do the colts have to first team all pro players that were in college last year. Derwin james been busting niggus asses since day one.

Zeke lead the league in rushing in year one. Dak had the best record in the NFC in year one. Facts.

Right see
You'd have to assemble a college all star team of 1st round top of the draft picks to make the argument lol

The NFL is just much better and deeper

How much muscle you think is humanly possible put on in two months? I’m not saying the average college player can play against NFL players. I’m saying the very best college players can and do every year.

That’s actually my point. Arizona would win. Clemson have players that would start day one Arizona but would still lose.

That's hilarious considering that there aren't but a couple of players on both of those that would even start in the NFL (not get drafted.. but be starters). People always underestimate how good professional athletes are.

Among the numerous stars on the 2001 Miami squad were: quarterback Ken Dorsey; running backs Clinton Portis, Willis McGahee, Najeh Davenport, and Frank Gore; tight end Jeremy Shockey; wide receiver Andre Johnson; offensive tackle Bryant McKinnie; defensive linemen Jerome McDougle, William Joseph, and Vince Wilfork; linebackers Jonathan Vilma and D.J. Williams; and defensive backs Ed Reed, Mike Rumph, and Phillip Buchanon. Additional contributors included future stars Kellen Winslow II, Sean Taylor, Antrel Rolle, Vernon Carey, and Rocky McIntosh. In all, an extraordinary 17 players from the 2001 Miami football team were drafted in the first-round of the NFL Draft (5 in the 2002 NFL Draft: Buchanon, McKinnie, Reed, Rumph, and Shockey; 4 in 2003: Johnson, Joseph, McDougle, and McGahee; 6 in 2004: Carey, Taylor, Vilma, Wilfork, Williams, and Winslow; 1 in 2005: Rolle; and 1 in 2006: Kelly Jennings).

Once again. I’m not saying a college team would beat a pro team. But the right college team vs the wrong pro team would be closer than we think.

Let me say again niggus. I am not saying a college team would beat a pro team before niggus go off insulting and getting pissed off and shit. Dayum. Youngsinister in here insulting black men over this shit.

It’s just conversation my niggas.

And my opinion that colleges are preparing players better for the pro game resulting in more rookies ready to play day one. Hay zeus.

An one of the all time great college team...

Would get the breaks beat off them by a middle of the pack pro team.

The 2018 Tennessee Titans are going to MUR-DER the 2001 Canes'.

They are not only going to beat them but beat them up. Cats getting carted off the field.

22 year old boy <<<<<<<<<<28 year old man whose fully developed his body and skill set to hit people.

Titans were a borderline playoff team.

What about the Detroit team that went 0-16 or the browns that went 0-16.
