I Didn't Know Bout She Was Gonna Be Playing Aaliyah I Need to Call Her This Weekend And Get The Low Down On This.

Good for her if that is the case. Thought she was from Ottawa originally dangerousblackman? moved to Tdot for her music yes?

:lol::lol: I wouldn't wanna claim Ottawa either :lol::lol:

That makes sense cuz she does look like her

The only thing is that her voice is naturally a bit deeper than Aaliyah's ... and her dancing style aint the same either ... so she's gonna have to work on that to make it look real authentic

But I'm sure she can do it ... she is very talented:yes:

Big Up T.DOT:)

Shes does remind me of her. Honestly I think in situations like that its hard to decide between making more movies to bring her back up and have people sad. Or deciding to keep her just in your minds and slowly forget her.

Me personally seeing that movies more than likely going to make me sad knowing shes gone.

^^^Yeah I know what you mean

Aaliyah is one of the few celebrities who have passed that I think about and say to myslef "DAMN ... if she was still alive":(

I had never heard of her but what I've been reading it seems she has a very nice voice.

I am sure with digital voice editing, she will pull it off.

I wonder if they will include the R. Kelly thing.

I don't think she needs any vocal help. She's a massive star in Canada and has been since her early teens. She's always cited Aaliyah as one of her major influences.

I wonder if they will include the R. Kelly thing.

I would hope so. That's the major hook in the whole Aaliyah story (besides her tragic, premature death).

God Damn, is nothing fucking sacred in America.

I will not be watching any fucking movie about Aaliyah. An I might molotov cocktail theaters ignorant enough to show it.

No singer on this planet will ever be able to sing, " But now lately it feels like . . . I mean I feel like all we do is fight . . . "

No one will be able to converse to you in a song long that. Period. An I'm FINE with that! That's like people thinking you will replace Minnie Riperton with Mariah.

All you fucking star struck People Magazine reading fucks can have all of Hollywood to fawn over, chase, and worry about, but leave Aaliyah to the memory of her real fans.

But they may not cuz that was something her and her family were always very private about

Well, it was a matter of public record. No mystery about it. Hard to tell the Aaliyah story without R. Kelly figuring prominantly, both personally and professionally.
