It had a brother in it who wore a beret. I remember it was raining and he was walkin under an umbrella. The rain stopped, he closed it, he looked up to the sky, the sun came out and started to carry it either under his arm or on his forearm. He was picked up by his wife in the car and they drove off smiling.

Narrowing down the jazz tune is been racking my brain for days.

It's been almost 30 years since I've read music and damn sure don't know how to write it in 2015, so bear with me. So get your laugh on at the bootleg music notation.

This is the sequence. I maybe off key or a octave too high. It sounded like a jazz song performed by a big band but it was smooth sounding.

C3 (whole+half notes - sostenuto), B2 (quarter), B2♭ (quarter), A2 (quarter), A2♭ (double whole note - sostenuto), G2 (whole), G2♭ (quarter), F2 (quarter), D2 (quarter), E2 (quarter)

Thanks in advance.

Nope. Google was the first place I looked. It doesn't sound like music from a trio, quartet or quintet. It sounds like something performed by 4 or more horns, a few strings with something similar to a samba bass/drum undertone. If I find a flash piano player, I'll upload the melody of the main horns (woodwinds & brass).
