I absolutely love this game (my top played game actually) but because online play is team based, it will make or break peoples opinion about it.
I prefer to play on Hardcore which is a blast when your team is working together effiently towards the goal. This game is absolute miserable experience when half your team is chilling, playing as snipers.
Got mine paid and reserved for next tues.

Soon as the whole Infinity Ward firing and scandal died out and a new CoD got announced some motherfuckas were acting like this Black Ops shit was gonna be better than Modern Warfare. I guess mofos forgot how CoD: World At War was still whack as fuck, except the Zombie mode, even though they used Infinity Ward's CoD: MW engine. And even using Infinity Ward's engine didn't help much because Treyarch still couldn't optimize the netcode properly which lead to their game being laggy as hell online...unlike MW.
I'll stick with Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and it's destructible environments and TEAMWORK geared gameplay. Opinions are good and fine, but just like with Halo, there's a lot of fucking SHEEP out here who just like what everybody else likes.

I agree. This shit is wack. I can't even finish because I'm fucking bored already. But I still play MW1 and 2's single player. This shit is clearly running of the hype from MW2.

Yeah man I bought this game for about $20 so it did not cost me much but I played that shit and it's got nothing on MW2. Reason I bought it was because some fools were hyping it up. The best thing it has going for it is the sound, the sound of the weapons are amazing.

The teasers looked suspect to me, physics etc. The RC car shit looked juvenile. No aliens no real skunkworks weaponry. This is really sad,
time to buy a medal of honor and battlefield used.I like battlefield multiplayer, it's a much slower pace than MW2..Apples and oranges really.

Damn man you guys really killing it for me. But I'm still gonna pick it up.
Uh driving a golf cart around a map and having walls crash doesn't = better game. If you're on a team with whom everyone's just running around acting like rambo you aren't going to win. Sure if you're that good you can make up for people that suck but one person can't carry the load EVERY game without some form of teamwork. I'm glad you guys feel like because you have to depend on other people to win that makes a game better but I'd rather worry about doing MY part and not hurting the team I'm on thanks.

I wasn't planning on getting black ops because it's not infinity ward and the other companies version is always crap. But comparing MW2 and BBC2 is just retarded...why is it that I can buy BBC2 for $30 now without it being on sale? I'm pretty sure cod3 and 4 still cost more than $30 in the stores.
