You sure thats right.... it reads like "everybody" in California is in jail.....the population statistics say that Cali only has only 36 million people..your total comes up to more than 37 million........
well it only makes a difference of about a million people...i'm sure the numbers are rounded off..may be a few discrepancies but nothing MAJOR...even the smaller changes would still reflect similar stats...the differences between each race is huge enough that even slight shifts/changes in numbers (of about 1 million people) wouldnt make such a big difference...well to me at least
