bakin soda?... how does that work?

After brushing your teeth:

apply baking soda to your tongue (lick it off your palm, apply it with your toothbrush, whatever makes you comfortable)

spread the soda over your tongue evenly

let it sit for a minute or two (the longer the better, no more than 3 minutes)

brush/scrape everything off your tongue.


You will be left with a very clean, very pink, completely odor-free tongue. The results are waaaaay better than regular brushing with toothpaste.


Side effects include dryness of the mouth, but you'll get over it.
