LA Race conflict - Blacks and Mexican.

I have come to the conclusion with the recent arrest of Tijuana Drub Cartel, that the so called race conflict in Cali is really over Drug turf. It is nothing more than the Cartels trying to establish a more effective and far reaching empire. To improve their control on the ground. To be able to increase revenues by cutting out the middle men.

The gang violence is simply that. Its a power struggle for drug profits. Race has nothing to do with it!

The gangs provide the ground network to distribute on the street level. With an influx of mexicans now in the area, the local mexican gangs are trying to establish themselves as the premier distributors. The Drug lords allow it to happen because they can effectively have more control over operations. They can trace back distributors to their families in mexico. Which allows them to have more influence and accountability.


All this Black vs. Mexicans is bullshit. Its just drug business.

FOLLOW THE MONEY. Thats where it starts. It might have evolved from that, since the soldiers dont ever understand whats going on. They are more likely to beleive the hype, its a way to galvanize them.
