Cabbie Masturbates While Driving Woman to Her UWS Home, Police Say

COLUMBUS CIRCLE — A cabdriver masturbated as he drove a passenger to her Upper West Side home, the NYPD said.
The 29-year-old victim told police she hailed the yellow cab in front of 10 Columbus Circle around 6 p.m. on Aug. 25.
At some point during the ride, the driver exposed himself and began masturbating while behind the wheel, the NYPD said.
The woman reported the incident to police a few days later, on Aug. 29.
Police hadn’t arrested the driver as of Monday.
A city Taxi & Limousine Commission spokesman on Tuesday declined to comment.
